Orders & Shipping Policy:
All orders placed will be shipped out within 7 business days, unless the items purchased where pre-orders. Items will be shipped tracked and you will receive and e-mail of confirmation when you place your order, as well as an e-mail when your package has been shipped with a tracking code.
Wrong Address/Missing Orders
Packages may take long than stated below do to customs, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Keep track of your package with your tracking code. As soon as packages leave my hands it is out of my control. If you need to, get in touch with your local post office about your package.
If you put the wrong address on your order or you payed for untracked shipping, I Am not responsible if it goes missing. That being said, please double, triple check your address before submitting your order. If your address was submitted wrong and is returned to me, I will e-mail you about your package.
If you would like your package to be redelivered, you must e-mail me your correct address and pay the shipping cost again. If you wish to cancel your order instead, you will be refunded the cost of the products purchased, but not the shipping cost.
SHIPPING TIMESCALES:
-UK + Northern Ireland
Packages should arrive within a week.
-North America (USA & Canada)
Packages should arrive within 2-4 weeks unless delayed by customs.
-Europe
Packages should arrive within 2 weeks, unless delayed by customs.
-Everywhere Else
Packages should arrive 2-6 weeks, unless delayed by customs.
